Live from Companies House
Every UK company, the moment it registers.
Stoop is a live copy of the Companies House register for sales teams. Find new and growing businesses in your markets, reach the director, and be the first call they get.
Around 3,000 new UK companies register every working day
Bought lists are out of date before they arrive. Stoop isn’t.
Around 3,000 companies register at Companies House every working day — and every one of them needs suppliers. The first business to call usually wins. Stoop shows you each new company within minutes, with the people who run it.
From registration to first call in three steps
No spreadsheets, no waiting for a list to be delivered.
Choose your markets
Tell Stoop the industries you sell to and the areas you cover. Every search starts there, so you only see companies worth calling.
See them as they register
New companies appear within minutes, with their directors and owners. Save a search once and the list keeps filling itself.
Enrich to reach them
Want their email or mobile? Enrich, and we search for it in about a minute. If we can’t find one, you don’t pay.
Find companies
The whole register, live
Search every live UK company — over 5 million of them — by when it registered, what it does and where it is. Set your target markets once and every search starts with the companies worth calling.
- Registered today, this week, or any time you choose
- Industry and exact business activity
- The postcode areas you cover
- Company type and status
Find contacts
The people who make the decisions
Every company comes with its directors and owners, straight from Companies House — so you know who to ask for before you pick up the phone.
- Directors and people with significant control
- Search people across every company in your markets
- Add them to lists and your team’s CRM
Lists
Lists that fill themselves
Save a search as a dynamic list and new companies join it the moment they register — “new builders in Yorkshire” stays up to date on its own. Or keep a fixed list of the companies you’re working.
- Company lists and contact lists
- Enrich everyone on a list in one go
- Up to 20,000 records on each list
CRM
One CRM for the whole team
Add the companies you’re working to your team’s shared CRM. Everyone sees the status, the owner and the notes — so nobody calls the same prospect twice.
- Statuses from New to Won
- An owner for every company
- Notes and a timeline of who did what
Every morning
Wake up to new prospects
Each morning Stoop emails your team what registered in your markets yesterday. Switch on auto-enrich and Stoop looks for directors’ emails and mobiles by itself — up to a monthly limit you set.
- Daily or weekly — everyone chooses
- New matches on your saved lists
- Auto-enrich never goes over your limit
Enrichment
Add emails and mobiles with Enrichment — pay only when we find one
The register tells you who runs every company, but not how to reach them. Enrich someone and we search for their work email or mobile: emails from 30p, mobiles from £1.80.
In the Stoop plan
The live register
From Companies House, within minutes.
- Every company: name, number, status and age
- What it does, and where it’s based
- Its directors and owners — names and roles
- Emails and phone numbers aren’t on the register — Companies House doesn’t publish them
Enrichment · pay as you go
Emails and mobiles
Searched for when you ask, from specialist data partners.
- A director’s work email, or their mobile
- See your chance of finding them before you spend
- Only charged when we find one
- Credits shared across your team
Before your competitors have heard of them
An example of a morning with Stoop. A company that registers at 09:42 can have a call from you before lunch — weeks before it turns up on anyone’s bought list.
09:42
Hartley & Finch Groundworks Ltd registers in Derby.
09:44
It appears in your “Midlands builders” list, with Sarah Mitchell as director.
09:45
Sarah also runs an established firm, so auto-enrich finds her work email.
10:15
Your rep calls. You’re the first supplier she’s heard from.
Built for teams who sell to UK businesses
If your best customers are companies in a particular industry or area — especially new ones — Stoop finds them first.
Trade & construction suppliers
Plant hire, builders’ merchants, PPE and signage, skips, fencing, van hire. A new building firm needs all of it in its first few weeks.
See how →Accountants & bookkeepers
Every new limited company has to file accounts and a Corporation Tax return. Be the first accountant they hear from.
See how →Insurance & finance brokers
Employers’ liability, business bank accounts, loans and asset finance — all decided in a new company’s first months.
See how →Energy, telecoms & IT
New premises need energy, phones, broadband and IT set up. Reach them before they’ve signed with anyone else.
See how →Food & drink wholesalers
New cafés, restaurants, pubs and takeaways need their suppliers lined up before they open their doors.
See how →Any B2B sales team
Recruiters, logistics, cleaning and facilities, marketing agencies — if you sell to UK companies, Stoop shows you who they are and who runs them.
Try it free →Simple pricing. No annual contract.
