For insurance & finance brokers

Reach new businesses before they’ve arranged cover.

A new company has insurance to put in place, a bank account to open and often finance to find — all in its first months. Stoop shows you each one as it registers, in the industries you cover, with the director’s details, so your call comes first.

Around 3,000 new UK companies register every working day

New directors make a run of money decisions early on. Being first in the conversation matters.

For anyone working on site or dealing with the public.

Professional indemnity

For consultants, designers and advisers.

A limited company needs its own bank account.

How it works

1

Choose who you cover

Pick the industries you insure or lend to — builders, hauliers, restaurants, consultants — and the areas you work in.

2

See them as they register

New companies appear within minutes, with their directors. Save the search and it keeps filling itself.

3

Get in touch first

Enrich to look for the director’s work email or mobile — only charged if we find one.

Filters

The industries you cover, nothing else

Companies House records what every company does. Pick the activities you know — construction for liability, haulage for fleet, hospitality for premises — and only see the businesses you can help.

  • Every business activity on the register
  • The postcode areas you work in
  • Registered today, this week or this month

Contacts

Speak to the person who decides

Every company comes with its directors and owners. Stoop highlights directors who also run an established company — the easiest people to reach.

  • Directors and owners from Companies House
  • See your chance of finding details, free
  • Emails from 30p — only when we find one

CRM

One pipeline for every broker

Add companies to your shared CRM, give each one an owner and a status, and keep notes. Everyone sees who’s talking to whom, so no new business hears from you twice.

  • Statuses from New to Won
  • An owner for every company
  • A timeline of who did what

Questions people ask

Can I target just the industries I insure or lend to?
Yes. Choose industries or exact business activities and set them as your target markets, so every search starts with the businesses you can help.
How quickly do new companies appear?
Within minutes of registering at Companies House, with their directors and owners.
Can my brokers share one pipeline?
Yes. Your team shares one CRM — statuses, owners and notes — so everyone can see who’s talking to whom.
Does Stoop include sole traders?
No. Sole traders and ordinary partnerships don’t register at Companies House, so they aren’t in Stoop. It covers limited companies, LLPs and the other company types on the register.
Is it OK to contact these people?
Company and director details are public record. How you contact people is up to you, so follow UK GDPR and PECR — for example, tell people where you got their details and always give them an easy way to opt out. See our Terms.
