For trade & construction suppliers

Meet every new building firm before its first order.

New groundworks, roofing, electrical and building companies register at Companies House before they buy anything. Stoop shows you each one within minutes — in the areas you cover, with the director’s name — so your rep is the first call they get.

Around 3,000 new UK companies register every working day

For the suppliers a new firm needs first

A new building company needs kit, materials and services in its first few weeks. Whoever calls first has the best chance of winning the account.

Plant & tool hire

New contractors rarely own their kit. Reach them before they’ve picked a hire desk.

Builders’ merchants

Open a trade account with a new firm before its first job starts.

PPE & workwear

Every new firm with a crew needs boots, hi-vis and branded workwear.

Signage & site safety

Site boards, safety signs and barriers for their first sites.

Skips & waste

New builders and groundworkers need waste taken away from day one.

Fencing & hoarding

Temporary fencing and hoarding for every new site they set up.

Van & vehicle hire

New firms need vans long before they can buy them.

Scaffolding & access

Scaffold, towers and access kit for new roofers and builders.

How it works

1

Set your trades and patch

Choose the trades you supply — groundworks, roofing, electrical, plumbing — and the postcode areas your depots and reps cover.

2

See new firms as they register

Each new company appears within minutes, with its directors. A dynamic list collects them for you.

3

Call the director first

Enrich to look for the director’s work email or mobile — about a minute, and only charged if we find one.

Filters

Find exactly the trades you supply

Every company tells Companies House what it does. Pick activities like site preparation, roofing, electrical installation, plumbing and heating or scaffold erection, and only see the firms that buy what you sell.

  • Every construction activity on the register
  • The postcode areas each depot or rep covers
  • Registered today, this week or this month

Lists

A list for every depot

Save “new builders in the North West” as a dynamic list and it fills itself as firms register. Set one up for each branch or rep.

  • New firms join the list automatically
  • A morning email of what’s new
  • Enrich a whole list in one go

Contacts

Talk to the owner, not the switchboard

In a new company, the director is the decision maker. Stoop shows you who they are — and with Enrichment, looks for their work email or mobile when you want it.

  • Directors and owners, straight from Companies House
  • Emails from 30p, mobiles from £1.80 — only when we find one
  • See the chance of finding them before you spend

Questions people ask

Which trades can I find?
Any company on the register, by the activity it gave Companies House — site preparation, roofing, electrical, plumbing and heating, joinery, plastering, scaffolding and the rest.
How quickly do new firms appear?
Within minutes of registering at Companies House, with their directors and owners.
Can each depot or rep have their own area?
Yes. Save a list for each depot, rep or postcode area, and everyone can get a morning email of what’s new.
Does Stoop include sole traders?
No. Sole traders and ordinary partnerships don’t register at Companies House, so they aren’t in Stoop. It covers limited companies, LLPs and the other company types on the register.
Is it OK to contact these people?
Company and director details are public record. How you contact people is up to you, so follow UK GDPR and PECR — for example, tell people where you got their details and always give them an easy way to opt out. See our Terms.
