Enrichment questions

Does the Stoop plan include emails and phone numbers?

No. The plan gives you the live register — every company and its directors and owners, from Companies House. Companies House doesn’t publish contact details, so emails and mobiles come only from Enrichment, using credits.

Where do the details come from?

From specialist data partners, searched at the moment you ask. We don’t keep a stock of contact details — we look when you want them.

What if you can’t find someone?

Then you pay nothing. The more history a business has, the more there is to find — which is why the chance is shown before you spend.

Can I enrich a company that registered today?

Yes, if the director also runs an established company — straight away. Otherwise Enrich opens once their company is 90 days old, when there’s far more to find, and auto-enrich picks them up by itself. Stoop shows you the date.

How long does it take?

About a minute for one person. A list of 100 takes a couple of minutes, and Stoop tells you when it’s done.

What’s auto-enrich?

Your admin can switch it on to enrich new companies in your target markets by itself — emails, mobiles or both — up to a monthly credit limit you set. It never goes over the limit.

Do credits run out?

Credits don’t expire while you’re a customer. They end when your agreement ends and aren’t refundable.

Is it OK to contact these people?

Company and director details are public record. How you contact people is up to you, so follow UK GDPR and PECR — for example, tell people where you got their details and always give them an easy way to opt out. See our Terms.
