Enrich a director and we search for their work email or mobile. An email is 1 credit and a mobile 6 credits — and you’re only charged when we find one.

Pricing questions

What happens after the free trial?

Your trial ends automatically after 7 days and you won’t be charged. If you’d like to carry on, tell us and we’ll set up your plan.

How do I pay?

By invoice. The plan is invoiced monthly in advance, and credit packs are invoiced when you ask for them. Prices exclude VAT.

Is there a minimum term?

No annual contract. It runs month to month, and either of us can end it with 30 days’ written notice — email is fine.

Do I need credits to use Stoop?

No. Searching companies, seeing directors and owners, lists, the CRM and the morning emails are all in the plan. Credits are only for Enrichment — finding emails and mobiles, which the register doesn’t include.

What happens to unused credits if I leave?

Credits don’t expire while you’re a customer, but they end when your agreement ends and aren’t refundable.

Can I add more users later?

Yes — at any time. Each user over 5 is £50 a month.
